This U.S.Army Combat Badge is just a really nice one piece construction in Sterling. There is no maker mark just the sterling in raised letters. The clutch back catches are also marked Sterling. The badge has full blue paint background and appears to never have been polished or abused.

The cap badge is a beautiful gold Eagle which the photo does not capture how great it looks. The reverse has a threaded stud with a bronze mounting disk. There are no makers mark. The two collar insignia are still on the original N.F. Meyer heavy card display.
